By clicking the "Pay" button, your payment is finalized and non-refundable.

Once you proceed with the payment, you agree that the payment is non-cancellable and non-refundable. By making a purchase on our website, you confirm that you are in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Additionally, by accepting this policy (and/or Terms and Conditions), you, as the cardholder, affirm that you are authorized to purchase the goods and/or services offered on this website.

If you wish to cancel future purchases of goods and/or services, you can do so in the Personal Account section of the website. The payment service provider is not responsible for any refusal or failure to process data related to your payment card, nor for any rejection due to the issuing bank’s inability to authorize the payment. The payment service provider does not take responsibility for the quality, quantity, or price of any service and/or product offered or purchased on the website using your payment card.

Please note that your account is not a bank account, and as such, it is not covered by any insurance schemes, guarantees, or other protective measures typically provided by deposit insurance systems or bank insurance. Funds in your account do not earn interest.

You may request a withdrawal from your account at any time, provided that:

• All payments made to the account have been verified, and none have been canceled or reversed;
• All necessary verification steps have been completed.

We reserve the right to charge a fee to cover our costs for withdrawing funds that were not used in gameplay.

If your withdrawal request exceeds $1,000 USD, we require an identification process, which includes submitting a copy or a digital photo of your ID document (such as a passport or ID card). The series and number of the passport may be obscured. If you have used a plastic card to fund your account, copies of both sides of the card must be provided. Ensure that the card number shows only the first six and last four digits (if the card number is embossed, the same digits should be obscured on the back), and that the CVV2 code is obscured.

In case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, including the use of stolen credit cards or any other fraudulent activities (such as chargebacks or payment cancellations), the Company reserves the right to block your account, void any payments, and reclaim any winnings. We may also report any fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities and/or organizations (including credit information agencies). The Company is not liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, even if the card theft has been reported.
